This week was a special milestone for Niricson as our team finished an inspection of a runway of the biggest airport in Canada, Toronto Pearson International Airport.
During the inspection, Jon Woodward from CTV News covered the story and Niricson got featured on #CTVNewsToronto
During the project, the team scanned the runway surface and is currently using its artificial intelligence to map various pavement distresses for a PCI. This new pavement assessment method will allow for reduced runway downtime, a complete assessment of the entire airfield, and an ability to track pavement conditions as they change over time.
